This fest is an anonymous, prompt-based fic and art fest focusing on any and all Next Gen pairings. Next gen is defined as containing at least one central character from the Epilogue of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the interviews with J. K. Rowling. A full list of Next Gen characters appears below. Femslash, gen, het and slash requests and submissions are all welcome in the exchange. Cross gen is considered next gen if there is one next gen character involved. All genres are welcome in this fest! All works submitted must be unique to this fest. All entries must be at least 1,000 words in length and beta read. There is no maximum. If you do not already have a beta reader, you can try  hp_betas or hp_betas_wanted. Mods reserve the right to proof your submissions and return your work to you if needed.As soon as your entry is complete and beta read, please email it to ngfestmods@gmail.com. Fic should be sent as docx or doc, and art should be jpg, gif, or png. The subject of your email should read: Submission, Username, Art/Fic, Prompt Number. Extensions will be judged on an individual basis. Please try to give as much notice as possible! The subject of your email should read: Extension - Username. If you need to drop out for any reason, please send us an email letting us know before the deadline for submissions. Participants and readers of this fest MUST be 18 years old. There will be explicit stories within hp_nextgen_fest and the mods take no responsibility for underage readers or writers.More information regarding rules and guidelines can be found here. |
